In 2004, he was recognized as the Outstanding Realtor of Puerto Rico and later assumed the presidency of the Arecibo Board of Realtors.
Holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and has completed courses for advanced certifications such as e-PRO, ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), and CRM (Certified Residential Manager). He has also completed part of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) course.
